Oh so Late, but oh so good

Dorie's Blueberry Crumb Cake...turned muffins. Yes, I am supposed to post on Tuesdays. I really missed it this week. They were baked well in advance...I just didn't load the pics.
OH SO GOOD.

This is a keeper. Recipe here at Fundamentally-Flawed.



I think we need more.

I also made Dorie's Bacon Cheddar Quick Bread with Dried Pears.
I sub'd dried apricots and berries for the dried pears this time. I used rubbed sage instead of fresh sage.

We love this recipe. It's best the same day but wonderful toasted with butter. Hubby likes it with jam. It's not a sweet bread but he likes it. I like him. It works.

  1. The crumb cake was super tasty, wasn't it? I used mango instead of blueberries since I had one that was perfectly ripe and didn't want it to go to waste.
